With a successful and specialized track record since inception in 1986
we are able to provide professional and competent service to our clients
as we have Specialist Consultants who only handle the selection and placement
of candidates in their selected fields. In line with the fact that client
companies have varied needs & requirements at various times, we have
worked out a number of Service Options we can offer to our client, as
listed below.
- Executive Search (Head-hunting)
We have trained Consultants who can provide this service. PCSA will only source candidates on an executive search basis following strict ethical codes, the main one of which being that PCSA will not head-hunt from a client company with whom it has placed people within the last 12 months. - Exclusivity
In this case PCSA will sign an exclusive agreement with a client for a specific assignment for a specific time period. An advertisement budget will be worked out with the client and PCSA will commit itself to dedicated attention and resources to said assignment to ensure that no stones are left unturned to find the right candidate. - Non-exclusivity
This is the scenario whereby PCSA will freely compete on the open market to find the right candidate through its extensive data bank resources and through its own advertising. - Flexible/Temporary Staffing (see next page)
Terms of Business
Each of the above listed "service options" will have its own "terms of business" / " fee structure" that will allow you, the client, to have a choice in deciding on the Service Option you want from PCSA.
