covering production, quality and sales. Paul brings a depth of experience

A BSc (Hons) Graduate who has been in various sectors of the Industrial,
Manufacturing, Operations, Sales and Research sectors of the Chemical
Industry. For over 15 years he has been involved with Polymers, Lubricants,
Paints and Disinfectant Detergents. He is responsible for the Water-Treatment,
Food & Beverage, Coatings & Polymers, Petrochemical and Pulp &
Paper sectors of the Chemical Industry and covers all divisions from Laboratory
through Sales to Production and General Management.

Executive Search (Head Hunting)
We have trained Consultants who can provide this service. PCS Assignments
will only source candidates on an “executive search” basis
following strict ethical codes, the main one of which being that PCS Assignments
will not “head-hunt” from a client company with whom it has
placed people within the last 12 months.
Exclusivity
In this case PCS Assignments will sign an exclusive agreement with a client
for a specific assignment for a specific time period. An advertising budget
will be worked out with the client and PCS Assignments will commit itself
to dedicated attention and resources to said assignment to ensure that
“no stones are left unturned” to find the right candidate.
Non-Exclusivity
This is the scenario whereby PCS Assignments will freely compete on the
open market to find the right candidate through its extensive data bank
resources and through its own advertising.
TERMS OF BUSINESS
Each of the above listed “service options” will have its own
“terms of business” / “fee structure” that will
allow you, the client; to have a choice in deciding on the “service
option” you want from PCS Assignments.

that you will get the correctly skilled staff, when you need them, and
we will take on the entire administrative, statutory, payroll and any
HR and IR related issues and tasks.
It is critically important to ensure when using a temporary/labour broker
that the company is fully registered, accredited and listed with all the
relevant Municipal, Central Government and PAYE offices to ensure you
do not become liable for statutory deductions that are due to Government
via the joint and several liability clauses that exist within all of these
departments, to include the payment of PAYE on salaries!
